The Ticketsoft online system enables Event Organisers to sell tickets for events large and small across the country and also provides a Call Centre Box Office service.

We currently seek MALAYSIANS for the following:
Based for part of the week at klpac you are responsible for day to day liaison with klpac (Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre), preparation of klpac and penangpac event information for the Ticketsoft system. Setting up events on Ticketsoft.
Responsible for maintenance of and content for klpac/penangpac insertions in the Ticketpro website and Facebook.
On alternate Saturdays you will be responsible for supervising the call centre.

|Confident, unflappable communicators who are fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, the ability to converse in Mandarin or Tamil and/or other dialects will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.|

|You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You will be able to work in a team and carry out tasks diligently and efficiently. You will have the confidence to deal with “the difficult customer” in an effective, empathetic and kind way.|
