How do I pay for my ticket(s).
Ticket(s) may be purchased using Cash, Visa, Mastercard or Debit cards. Other method of payment such as American Expres (AMEX) or Paypal are for certain specified events.
Where can I purchase ticket(s)?
Ticket(s) may be purchased through
- online by clicking ‘BUY TICKET‘ button on the event you want to attend and follow the on-screen instructions or
- online by browsing the events at PROTICKET WEBSHOP or
- PROTICKET HOTLINE at +6 03 7880 7999 (additional charges of booking fee applies) or
- PROTICKET AUTHORIZED OUTLETS or
- authorized PROTICKET ticketing counter at venue on event day (subjected to availability).
Do I need to purchase ticket for my child?
This depends on the admission rules that varies from event to event and details can be found on the the specific event page. Unless stated otherwise, infants in arms or children without tickets will not be admitted.
I've lost my ticket, can I request a reprint?
We are extremely sorry to hear that however, we cannot reprint the ticket(s) even if you have a proof of purchase. Kindly take good care of your ticket(s) as how you take care of your cash and belongings.
Can I print my ticket(s) by myself?
It is dependant on the event. If the promoter of the specific event choose to have e-ticket, then you can print it or just flash the e-ticket on your device to be scanned for entry. If the promoter choose to have a printed ticket only, than you can’t print it by yourselves.
Can I cancel my ticket(s) purchase or change to a different date/time ?
Once your transaction is completed, the ticket(s) / payment cannot be cancelled or exchange and the payment made is not refundable.
Am I allowed to select my preferred seats?
Yes, you are allowed to select your preferred seat during purchase only. You can’t change the seat after purchase. However, for certain event, if the promoter prefer auto seat assign, then you can’t select your seat.
How do I get a receipt for my ticket(s) purchase online?
You will receive an email confirmation after a successful transaction in which would include a receipt for your purchase.
Can I get a receipt for my ticket(s) purchased at ticket outlets?
The ticket itself is a receipt as below the price, it is stated ‘Simplified Tax Invoice’.
Is there a time limit when I purchase ticket(s) online?
Yes. Once you’ve began the purchase process, your seats will be held for 10 or 7 minutes (dependent on the promoter). You’ll need to complete your transaction within that stipulated time shown on the screen or you’ll be logged out automatically.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets that can be purchase online?
Yes, it is limited to 10 tickets per transactions.
How can I seek assistance when purchasing tickets on proticket.com.my ?

Why is it SOLD OUT in system but not updated on the Website or Facebook?
It is not stated as SOLD OUT because the event might have tickets due to rejected payment or incomplete transactions which are being hold in the system by the merchants bank.
Ticket Delivery / Collection
How long does it take for the ticket(s) to reach me by mail?
Delivery notification email will be sent to inform the dispatched date and if your tickets do not reach you within the stipulated working days in the email, please call +6 03 7880 7999 or email us at email@example.com to check with Transaction Number @ Order ID (Order ID can be found in the Payment Confirmation email received upon successful transaction) provided.
Can I collect the tickets earlier at the Proticket Office?
No, for security reasons, we do not have ticket sales or collection at our administrative office.
What happens if I arrive late to collect my ticket(s) on event day?
Collection counters stay open for at least 30 minutes after the event starts. Uncollected ticket(s) after the stipulated time will be expired unless stated otherwise by promoter. Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break during the performances to avoid disturbance to the audience. However, for certain event(s), you may not be admitted once the doors are closed. Proticket can’t be held responsible. No refund would be entertained.
What if I am unable to collect and the tickets are for someone else?
The venue collection counter will normally be open 2 hours before the event starts. Purchaser would need to provide an AUTHORIZATION FORM issued by the purchaser, is presented at the Proticket counter to collect the ticket, together with a photocopy of purchaser NRIC/Passport and the Payment Confirmation email. The identity of the person receiving the tickets may be recorded through following method but not limited to photocopy/photograph of collector NRIC/passport or other method by our Customer Service Officers. Proticket have the right to refuse to release the ticket(s) if we are suspicious of the documents provided.
What is the tracking number for the shipment containing my tickets?
Your tracking number will be updated into the system after we have processed for dispatch. You may get your tracking number for your shipment by contacting us at +6 03 – 7880 7999.
What is the recommended attire for the event?
Attire will be according to your choice unless stated otherwise by the promoter or the venue management on the specific event page. Kindly check the event page for this information. Proticket can’t be held responsible if you are refused entry.
Are there any age limit?
Age limit varies for each event. Entry would be denied for those below the allowed age limit even with valid ticket. No refund is would be entertained if entry is denied. So read the information on the event page diligently before purchasing.
What will happen if I come late?
Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break during the performances to avoid disturbance to the audience. However, for certain event(s), you may not be admitted once the doors are closed. Proticket can’t be held responsible.
Is photography, video or audio recording allowed?
No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless stated otherwise by the promoter on the specific event page. Kindly check the event page for this information. Proticket can’t be held responsible if your devices are confiscated or your are handed over to the following authorities but not limited to Royal Malaysia Police, Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Malaysia, Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia or other by the following management but not limited to the promoter, event management, venue management, artist management or security personal. You may be convicted under the following law but not limited to Copyright Act 1987, Laws of Malaysia.
Can bring my food beverages into the event venue?
For most event’s, no food or beverages allowed to be brought into the event venue unless stated otherwise by the promoter or the venue management. Kindly check the event page for this information. Proticket can’t be held responsible if you are refused entry or for your food and beverages.
